Peggy Shepherd

Peggy Shepherd is currently a Signature Artist Member at the Center For Contemporary Arts in Abilene, TX. A multifaceted artist, Shepherd is a painter, photographer, and mixed media artist. Shepherd returned to her love of creating art in 2018, after losing her 25 year-old son in 2017. He was an aspiring photographer.

Shepherd has exhibited in various national and international exhibitions. She is currently an artist in residence at the Center For Contemporary Arts, occupying Studio 10. Shepherd is president of the Artist Membership and an ArtReach instructor for the Center.

Shepherd has had two solo photographic exhibitions and one collaborative mixed media show.
