Kumbh Mela Exhibit

Kumbh Mela Exhibit by Greg Davis was open October 7-November 22, 2014. The gathering attracts pilgrims who seek to bathe in the holy water in hopes of ending the cycle of reincarnation so that they may enter heaven. Davis’ images contrast the drama of the masses of people gathered in one place with intimate portraits of the individuals who each have their own reasons for making the journey to this special place at this special time.
